 Bear
Creek Golf Club is a 36-hole, daily fee facility that has quickly
earned the reputation for being one of Greater Phoenix's best golf
values. Created by the Nicklaus Design Group, Bear Creek was
nominated by Golf Digest for "Best New Daily Fee Golf
Course" in 2001.
Bear Creek Golf Course is a 36 hole, daily
fee course by Nicklaus Design. It consists of The Bear course and
The Cub courses. Nicklaus Design created Bear Creek in the
Heathland tradition. (A Heathland course is an inland links golf
course.) The 18 hole, par 71 championship Bear Course meASUres
more than 6800 yards from the championship tees. Nicklaus Design
took great care in the creation of the par 59 Cub Course to give
it the same feel as The Bear Course.
Bear Creek offers the golfer several
strategically placed water hazards that make the golf course a
fair but challenging golf experience. Bear Creek offers authentic
Scottish Links style design with strategically placed native grass
throughout the course.
