The Arizona Traditions Golf Club is a Dick Bailey signature design. This par-70 course has hundreds of mature pine trees, spectacular views of the White Tank Mountains, and gently rolling terrain. This spectacular par-70 Dick Bailey does a wonderful job of blending traditional style golf where fairways are adjacent to each other instead of having homes on both sides, while still interacting with the desert surroundings. The Golf course feels expansive and comfortable for beginners, yet its strategic bunkering and undulating greens provide a challenge to test accomplished players
A $400,000 enhancement project was completed in 1998. This upgrade included the addition of thousands of trees, shrubs and flowering plants to the transition areas. The course is challenging due to the very challenging greens that are sloped, making precise putting crucial to achieving a good score. The fairways are rolling and thousands of trees and flowering plants have been added to the design. The signature hole is #7, a 185-yard, par 3, which features bunkers to the left and right. The green curves around and the pin is located in the back.
